Postpartum + Parenthood Care

It takes a village to raise a child AND a parent.

Postpartum is forever, but those first days, weeks, and months are so important and a great time for extra support.

You're getting to know your baby—or babies—while figuring out a whole new rhythm of life. Your body is recovering, you're probably running on very little sleep, and there is still laundry to do, food to make, and people to see. It's a lot. And you don't have to do it all alone.

When your baby arrives, I'm there for you. With practical help, an extra set of hands, someone to talk to, and care that makes room for your needs alongside your baby's. Because while everyone is excited to meet your baby, you deserve to be cared for, too.

Postpartum Support

What you need may look different every day so we meet the moment.

Some days, you may need me to hold the baby while you shower or rest. Other days, I might meal prep, work through feeding questions, or even light cleaning or folding laundry. And sometimes, you may just need someone to sit beside you while you find your way. I’m here for that, too.

Your care includes

Before baby arrives

We'll talk about what life after birth might look like, the support you already have, and where you could use an extra set of hands. Together, we'll think through recovery, feeding, newborn care, and what might help those first weeks feel more manageable.

After baby arrives

I'm there to help with newborn care, feeding, meals, and the little things around the house. Whether you need a shower, a nap, something to eat, or someone to talk through your birth with, we'll focus on what would feel most helpful that day.

Finding your footing

Becoming a parent comes with a lot of changes, questions, and feelings. Some you may expect and others might surprise you. I'm here to listen, offer perspective and resources, and support you as you figure out what works for you, your baby, and your family.
