End-of-Life Care

The time is yours.

As you or someone you love approaches the end of life, there can be a lot to think about, talk through, and figure out. Some things are practical. Others are more personal. You deserve to be seen, heard, and respected every step of the way.

Whether you're navigating your own end-of-life journey or caring for a loved one, I'm here to offer steady, non-medical support along the way.

What matters most to you is where we'll begin.

So, what does having an end-of-life doula actually look like?

I support you and the people you love with practical planning, meaningful conversations, legacy and remembrance rituals, and a steady presence as needs change. End-of-life doula care is non-medical. I work alongside hospice teams, healthcare providers, and family and friends, offering additional support without replacing the care you or your loved one already has.

Your care and support can look like

Holding space for conversations

There can be a lot to say near the end of life, and sometimes it's hard to know where to begin. I can help you and your loved ones talk through what's important, ask questions, or share wishes.

Meaning + remembrance

We can share stories, look through photographs, write letters, record memories, create keepsakes, or plan a ritual that reflects life and relationships.

Practical support + resources

There's often a lot of information and decisions to navigate. I can help organize questions, gather resources, prepare for conversations with your hospice or medical team, and figure out what might need attention next.

Bedside presence + vigil

I offer calm, non-medical companionship for you and your loved ones. That might mean sitting bedside, offering reassurance, creating a peaceful environment, or making room for conversation, music, silence, or ritual.

Extended bedside support is available depending on your needs and my availability.

Support for caregivers + family

I'm here to listen, help with practical needs, support family communication, or spend time with your loved one while you take a break when appropriate. You deserve care while you're caring for someone else.

After death

When circumstances allow, I can stay with you after a death, offering quiet companionship, time for remembrance, or help finding resources for what comes next.

If you'd like continued support, Grief + Loss Doula Care is also available in the days, weeks, and months that follow.
